Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Costs
We proudly offer Free Shipping on all DreamBand™ orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
You can track your order at any time through our Order Tracking page.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Contact us immediately after placing your order.
- Address changes may only be possible before the order has been processed.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

DreamBand™ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Provide clear photos showing the damage.
Our support team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution when applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local government fees.
These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
DreamBand™ is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they enter processing.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
